LendforPeace.org Ambassador Program
LendforPeace.org was started by students and can grow through the help of other students. The LendforPeace.org Ambassador Program was created to help spread the work while offering a unique opportunity for high school and university students to gain insight into running an international grassroots microfinance non-profit.
The Program
LendforPeace.org was created by students, and can grow with the help of other students. The Ambassador Program allows individual students to be the LFP representative at their school. Involvement in the LendforPeace.org Ambassador Program provides students unique insight into running a start-up and grassroots non-profit including invaluable experience in the world of international development and specifically microfinance. We are looking for students interested in Business, Public Relations, Political Science, Marketing, International Economic Development, or an interest in the Middle East.
Your commitment as an ambassador is to raise awareness of LendforPeace.org at your school through:
- program and launch events
- lender solicitation upon launch
- distribution of LFP materials
- being LFP's liaison and resource for your campus
