| Fatma Salama is a 44-year-old, single, Palestinian woman. She lives in Deir Ghazaleh, which is a West Bank town near Jenin. She has a Master’s degree, but given the current state of the economy, she has decided that she must establish an income-generating project. She worked for four years as an office assistant in a public school, and her experience helped her determine the need for and establish a public services office.
